In 1960, founders Ed and Clara Lackner decided to open a business that would enable people to see all the wonders of the country in a "home away from home", a recreational vehicle. In the 45 years that have since passed, many family members and employees have helped to make that concept a success. Because they are campers themselves, they know what's important on a camping adventure.
